To accommodate a large roof top solar installation, the existing roof structure requires to be strengthened and new roof sheeting installed over approximately 55,000m² of area. This requires access into the roof space over all tenants, with the majority of the work completed out of trading hours. The solar system will then be positioned on the new sheeting
